HESPLORA ricerca candidati da inserire nel proprio team di professionisti per la gestione di progetti di innovazione per clienti appartenenti a diversi settori merceologici (finance, insurance, oil & gas, multiutility, …). In particolare, la ricerca è rivolta a persone in grado di progettare e sviluppare applicazioni in ambito Data Analytics, Machine Learning e Deep Learning. Titolo di studio richiesto: Laurea magistrale in Informatica o Ingegneria Informatica, Fisica, Chimica, Matematica, Ingegneria ed altre lauree scientifiche. Verranno valutati positivamente dottorati di ricerca conseguiti negli stessi ambiti. Competenze minime richieste: Esperienza in tutte le fasi tipiche di un progetto di data science (comprensione del business, ipotesi, trasformazione dati, analisi delle metriche, modello predittivo); Esperienza in ambito di Machine Learning e Deep Learning; Esperienza pratica sull’implementazione e utilizzo dei principali modelli di supervised e unsupervised learning: regression, classification, forecast, clustering, dimensionality reduction, recommendation, natural language processing, business intelligence; Principali tecniche di data manipulation: cleansing, integration, normalization, anomaly detection, null imputation, features engineering; Buona conoscenza dei seguenti principali strumenti di lavoro: Python (Pandas, Numpy, Scipy, TensorFlow, Keras, etc.) ed R; Buone capacità di problem solving; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta. Inoltre, costituiscono titolo preferenziale la conoscenza e/o l’esperienza documentate relative ai seguenti argomenti: Conoscenza dell’ecosistema Spark Conoscenza linguaggio SQL Data Analytics, ambienti Big Data e Cloud Computing Il contratto di riferimento è il CCNL per i dipendenti da aziende del commercio, dei servizi e del terziario; il livello di inquadramento e la retribuzione sarà invece commisurato all’esperienza del singolo candidato.
