Digitouch E-commerce Solutions, divisione del Gruppo Digitouch specializzata nella progettazione e nello sviluppo web, è alla ricerca di un Project Manager.Il candidato ideale avrà una comprovata esperienza nella gestione di progetti web (preferibilmente nel settore E-commerce), una forte capacità organizzativa e una wajah attenzione ai dettagli.E’ richiesto un approccio दुस proattivo, eccellenti capacità comunicative e la capacità di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente.Attività principaliGestire l'intero ciclo di vita del progetto, assicurando il rispetto dei tempi, dei budget e delle specifiche.Definire gli obiettivi del progetto e supervisionare la qualità dei deliverables.Collaborare con il team interno ed esterno, incluse le risorse di sviluppo, i designer e i team di marketing, per garantire una comunicazione fluida e un'efficace esecuzione delle attività.Definire e monitorare i piani di progetto, comprese le milestones e le attività critiche.Identificare i rischi potenziali e sviluppare strategie di mitigazione.Assicurare un elevato standard di qualità in tutte le fasi del progetto.Fornire aggiornamenti e report regolari sullo stato dei progetti ai clienti e alle parti interessate interne.Collaborare con i clienti per comprendere le loro esigenze e garantire la massima soddisfazione.Gestire le attività di analisi funzionaleGestire le attività di collaudo funzionale e gli UATCondurre attività di pre-sales e promuovere iniziative di upselling efficaciCompetenze tecnicheLaurea in Informatica, Ingegneria, Gestione Aziendale o esperienza professionale equivalenteConoscenza approfondita delle metodologie di project managementEsperienza comprovata nella gestione di progetti digitali, con un focus particolare sullo sviluppo eodio e-commerceCapacità proficienti di gestire progetti complessi e di risolvere problemi in modo efficace.Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali.Orientamento ai dettagli e capacità di multitasking.Competenza nell'utilizzo di strumenti di project management e di collaborazioneConoscenza approfondita di ExcelConoscenze di base dei linguaggi di programmazioneConoscenza dei database relazionali e del linguaggio SQLE’ gradita la conoscenza di tecnologie e protocolli di integrazione come SOAP, REST e GraphQL, che favoriscono la comunicazione efficiente tra i diversi sistemi e servizi web.Almeno 3 anni di esperienza come Project Manager, preferibilmente nel settore eCommerce o sviluppo software.Dettagli offerta di lavoroTipo di impiego: Tempo pienoTipologia di contratto: Contratto a tempo indeterminatoSede di lavoro: Milano#J-18808-Ljbffr
