ICT Senior Systems Administrator

At Argotec, we’re not just building satellites; we’re shaping the future of space innovation.To support our Company’s growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic ICT Senior Systems Administrator who will be part of our ICT Infrastructure Department, contributing to the development of a reliable and robust on‑premise and cloud‑ready infrastructure. You will focus on ensuring the security, scalability and performance of our ICT systems, supporting mission‑critical operations and collaborating with both Technical Units and Corporate Department.DUTIESManage, organize and strengthen actual AD/Entra platform;Manage Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange company infrastructure;Becoming first point of contact for developing and deploying new Azure AD authenticated application (on cloud and on premises);Design, implement and maintain a new reliable Backup and Replication solution fully integrated with the current IT infrastructure;Manage and support other teams for BAU activities involving ICT Team;Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define ICT requirements for new projects and ensure alignment with business objectives.GENERAL REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields;At least five years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the aerospace industry;Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams;Hands‑on, proactive, and results‑driven approach;Analytical mind and problem‑solving, as well as a continuous learning attitude;Excellent written and oral communication in English.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLSAdvanced management of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra and ability to organize, strengthen, and administer AD/Entra platforms, including security policies and authentication.Experience with Microsoft Azure AD and Intune with skills in managing identities and devices, cloud integration, and enterprise application deployment.Administration of Microsoft Windows Server and Office 365 and strong knowledge of Windows infrastructures, Group Policy Objects, Exchange, and related services to ensure operational continuity.Analytical mindset and strong problem‑solving skills;Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and stakeholder needs;Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, working under tight deadlines.ADDITIONAL ASSETSPrevious experience with VMware Standard and Enterprise editions.In‑depth knowledge of Veeam Backup and Replication.Proven ability to design and implement Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans, ensuring operational resilience.Good understanding of IPv4 networking;Familiarity with Linux environments, particularly Ubuntu Server and Proxmox Virtual Environment;Competence in SSL certificate generation, installation, and management;Basic programming skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell;Experience with monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques to ensure system health and reliability.WHY JOIN ARGOTEC?Opportunity to work with highly motivated colleagues in a very innovative environment.Professional training and career development opportunities.Flexible working time schedule and a hybrid work policy.Monthly \"Free‑Day\" - every second Friday: time off to dedicate to your family and/or hobbies.A diversified community that organizes extra‑work and fun activities.Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.Our selection process is tailored to each role and includes at least a call with our Talent Acquisition Team, a technical evaluation, and a final in‑person meeting.
