La risorsa ideale accoglie e assiste gli ospiti durante tutto il loro soggiorno, garantendo un servizio personalizzato e un’esperienza di alto livello. È il punto di riferimento per richieste speciali, informazioni, reclami o esigenze particolari, contribuendo alla fidelizzazione del cliente e alla reputazione dell’hotel.Responsabilità:Accoglienza clienti all’arrivoPartecipazione ai morning meetingGestione dello staff guest experience (pianificazione turni, assegnazione tasks, motivazione del team)Gestione dei complaintGestione staff resort/aeroportoPromozione escursioniGestione fornitori delle escursioniComunicazione e gestione della prenotazione dei ristoranti e delle escursioniGestione corrispondenza mailGestione operativa gruppiGestione cassa ed emissione voucherRequisiti: Ottima conoscenza delle lingue inglese e franceseEsperienza pregressa nel ruolo guest experience preferibilmente in hotel 4-5 stelleOttime capacità comunicative e relazionali.Padronanza degli strumenti informatici e dei software gestionali alberghieri.Problem solving, empatia e orientamento al cliente.Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità a lavorare su turni, weekend e giorni festivi.Cosa si offre:- Tipologia di contratto: stagionale- Possibilità di alloggio- Vitto garantito (1€ al giorno)- Opportunità di crescita professionale all'interno dell'azienda- Ambiente di lavoro dinamico e collaborativo- Formazione continua e possibilità di partecipare a corsi di aggiornamento
