IT Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and efficiency across all systems. This role involves advanced troubleshooting, second-level support, and proactive maintenance of network devices, servers (physical and virtual), and related infrastructure components. The position requires strong technical skills and close collaboration with the Head of IT Infrastructure and the Cyber Security Office to adhere to security best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced Help Desk support for complex issues related to networking, server operating systems, and infrastructure componentsDiagnose and resolve incidents promptly to minimize downtimePerform regular maintenance, patching, and updates on server operating systems (Windows/Linux)Monitor server performance and ensure high availabilityMaintain and troubleshoot network devices such as firewalls, switches, access points, and VPN systemsEnsure proper configuration and security of network componentsManage virtual environments (VMware, Hyper‑V, or similar) and assist in cloud infrastructure operationsMaintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations and changesFollow ITIL processes and internal compliance standardsWork closely with the Cyber Security Office to implement security guidelines and best practicesSupport vulnerability remediation and participate in security auditsAssist in infrastructure-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new deploymentsProvide technical input for planning and execution of infrastructure initiativesUse monitoring tools to proactively identify performance issues and optimize systemsSuggest improvements for scalability and reliabilityRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.3+ years in IT infrastructure support or administration.Hands‑on experience with networking, server OS (Windows/Linux), and virtualization platforms.Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, switches, and wireless technologies.Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS) and virtualization technologies.Experience with monitoring and backup solutions.Problem‑solving and analytical thinking.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Good communication and teamwork skills.LocationHybrid remote and Offices Milano or Torino.What we offerPermanent full‑time contractA flexible and innovative approach to remote working that adapts to your needsAmbitious and people‑centered work environment — we invest in your growth and well-being-Professional experience in an international setting, with a young and multicultural team (31+ nationalities)Cross‑functional collaboration to strengthen communication and teamwork skillsThis announcement is addressed to both sexes, in accordance with Law 903/77 and Legislative Decree 198/2006, and to people of all ages and nationalities, in accordance with Legislative Decrees 215/03 and216/03#J-18808-Ljbffr
