Non è previsto smart working Responsabilità Di cosa ti occuperai? Inserito/a nel team Marketing, sarai responsabile della pianificazione e gestione "end-to-end" delle campagne di Influencer Marketing, lavorando a stretto contatto anche con il team E-commerce per allineare le attività agli obiettivi di business. Le tue responsabilità principali: Strategia & Scouting: Identificare e reclutare Creator e Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) ad alto potenziale su piattaforme come Instagram, TikTok, YouTube e Twitch. Management: Negoziare contratti e gestire le relazioni day-by-day con influencer, agenzie e partner. Campaign Execution: Sviluppare strategie di Digital PR per lanci di prodotto e campagne "always-on", coordinando briefing e approvazione dei contenuti. Analytics: Monitorare le performance delle campagne basandosi su KPI precisi (Reach, Engagement, ROI, Conversioni) per ottimizzare gli investimenti. Competenze Requisiti: Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione o ambiti affini. Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in influencer marketing o gestione campagne digitali, preferibilmente in contesti Consumer Electronics, Tech o Lifestyle. Conoscenza approfondita dell'ecosistema social italiano e delle piattaforme di analytics. Approccio data-driven e orientato al risultato. Inglese fluente (scritto e parlato) indispensabile per il contesto internazionale. La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
