About the Program Join our Graduate Program as a Marketing Specialist and help us design and deliver marketing initiatives that drive engagement and growth. From crafting compelling content to supporting campaign execution and analysing performance, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic, international environment. What Can You Expect? If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply: You have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate within the next 6 months with a master’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or related fields, and are available to work full‑time. You are fluent in English and Italian. You bring international experience, whether through study, work abroad, or collaboration in a global environment. You have hands‑on experience, ideally gained during a structured role or internship in communications and marketing, and you’re a career starter with no more than one year of professional experience. You have a creative mindset with strong communication skills and attention to detail. You can start within the next 3 months. You have the legal right to work in Italy (e.g., residency, visa). You are committed, curious, and eager to take ownership of projects while thriving in a team environment. You see formal training as just the beginning and aim to make a difference in everything you do.
