Learn more at Innovative Medicine is seeking a Director, End-to-End Product Planning . In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for driving the optimal global planning of a portfolio of products from an End-to-End perspective across all dimensions of the Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities Direct the End-to-End team responsible for creating a balanced supply plan that takes into account operational efficiency, inventory management, and customer service. Proactively identify potential constraints and issues, and develop global solutions. Lead and collaborate across the Supply Chain to achieve cash-flow targets through effective inventory management. Partner with Regional and Global teams to enhance supply management initiatives. Ensure clear understanding and communication regarding the business implications arising from trade-offs related to specific brands. Serve as a representative for the End-to-End product planning team in programs, projects, and cross-segment initiatives. Actively participate in executive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes. Spearhead the development of scenarios to anticipate potential changes. Cultivate a talent pipeline while promoting a culture of engagement within the team. Identify and lead continuous improvements in planning processes that support the ATP2.0 roadmap. Ensure timely execution of E2E planning activities within the Monthly Planning Cycle for stakeholders and business partners. Proactively identify and address potential product supply challenges through leadership in the Short-Term Exception Management (STEM) process. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain (logistics, planning). Proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior partners. Required experience in direct supervisory/team management. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on critical thinking and execution. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment, collaborating in a diverse and virtual network. Strong written and oral communication skills are critical for success in this role. Customer-focused mindset with a results and performance-driven approach. Ability to manage multiple initiatives and adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines. Coaching and mentoring abilities. Preferred Experience in the healthcare industry.
