Position Overview We are looking for a Capo Partita / Demi Chef de Partie to join us for the summer 2025 season. The role requires a passion for high‑quality service, teamwork, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Supervise and manage food preparation, cooking, and presentation in accordance with the menu and chef’s instructions. Lead the assigned area, adapting to guest volume fluctuations while maintaining high standards. Optimise production processes, managing time and quality of preparations. Control raw material quality, select ingredients, and manage inventory. Maintain equipment in good condition and cleanliness. Ensure workspace cleanliness and order. Strictly adhere to safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP). Guarantee company standards and service excellence. Requirements Previous experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or related settings. Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and their handling. Precision, speed, and attention to detail. Manual dexterity and strong organisational skills. Professionalism, reliability, and team orientation. Flexibility, adaptation, and problem‑solving ability. Strong drive for excellence within a high‑performance environment. Understanding of HACCP and safety standards. Availability to relocate for the summer season. Knowledge of English or another language is preferred over Italian.
