This Position Reports To Pricing Manager Business and Division ABB Motion, a global leader in motors and drives, is at the forefront of creating a more productive and sustainable future. With over 140 years of expertise and more than 22,000 employees across 100 countries, we help industries become leaner and cleaner. go.abb/motion Location This role is open globally, with locations in Poland (Warsaw), Italy (Sesto San Giovanni), Romania (Bucharest), Sweden (Vasteras), and Finland (Helsinki). The work model is hybrid. Key Responsibilities Design, standardize, and maintain pricing dashboards for global and local decision-making, ensuring effective deployment by country teams. Analyze sales, pricing data, market trends, and competition to identify opportunities and risks, and collaborate with countries for improvements. Contribute to the pricing transformation program, leading initiatives by assessing pricing maturity and identifying improvement areas. Act as a change agent to integrate pricing strategies into business operations, providing training and support. Develop a forum for sharing pricing best practices and continuous improvement. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance analytics and deployment plans, sharing insights across business areas. Monitor pricing targets and collaborate with countries to analyze results. Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis and market trends. Qualifications Bachelor’s or higher degree in a related field. 5+ years of experience in a pricing role or similar, with experience in developing and deploying pricing reports. Proficiency in analyzing complex datasets and using reporting tools (Power BI, Excel). Understanding of pricing strategies and models. Experience leading cross-functional projects (project management certification is a plus). Ability to contribute to decision-making and inspire teams in matrix environments.
