Job Description Global Corporate & Commercial Italy is the unit of Generali Italia S.p.A. that develops insurance services for medium and large companies. Based in Milan or Mogliano Veneto (Treviso) , within the Risk Engineering & Loss Prevention , department of GC&C Italy - Underwriting. You will perform risk assessments to identify, analyze and evaluate risks, as well as share the best practice for risk improvement, with the goal of enhancing awareness, risk quality and underwriting profitability. You will support the global strategy to ensure the successful achievement of targets. Responsibilities Carry out on-site surveys and desk activities Issue and check reports with the results of risk assessments and proposed mitigation measures, to support the risk management journey and help businesses succeed Work proactively and closely with Underwriting, Claims and Client Relationship Management departments, for both local and international business Requirements University degree in an engineering science discipline 5 years of previous experience as a Risk Engineer Knowledge of the main fire protection NFPA Standards Experience in project review of fire protection systems Ability to work in an international context, fluent English and Italian.
