Department Supervisor

To strengthen our structure, we are looking for a Department Supervisor to coordinate production activities within the department, with a special focus on implementing optimization processes and strategies to continuously improve production and space utilization. Main responsibilities Supervise, manage, and organize the activities of the assembly department by applying lean production methodologies. Collaborate with other production departments to plan activities properly and monitor production flow constantly, ensuring adherence to schedules. Optimize production schedules. Report on company KPIs. Optimize workspaces by enhancing internal skills and promoting a collaborative and positive environment. Ideal Profile Master's degree in Management or Mechanical Engineering. Prior experience of two years in manufacturing settings. Skills in planning and organizing production departments are essential for success in this role.
