We are working in partnership with a leading international law firm to recruit a Business Development Specialist for their Milan office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented BD professional to join a dynamic team supporting strategic growth across Italy and internationally.The RoleYou’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality marketing and business development support across the firm’s Milan and Rome offices. This includes:Supporting pitches, proposals, and RFP responsesCoordinating marketing campaigns and digital communicationsManaging events (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) from concept to executionDrafting legal directory and award submissionsAssisting with CRM best practices and client development initiativesCollaborating with internal teams on content creation and brand alignmentAdvising on social media optimisation and profile enhancementAbout YouWe’re looking for someone with:At least 3 years’ experience in marketing or BD, ideally within a law firm or professional services environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and ItalianExcellent organisational and interpersonal skillsA proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to manage competing prioritiesFamiliarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suiteA degree in marketing, business, or a related field (CIM qualification desirable)Job DetailsSeniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Business Development and MarketingIndustries: Legal Services and Law Practice#J-18808-Ljbffr
