Regulatory Affairs Leader The Regulatory Affairs Leader is responsible for overseeing the global regulatory strategy, ensuring software and hardware products comply with U.S., EU and international regulations. This includes developing and implementing regulatory strategies, overseeing all regulatory activities: strategy definition, submission preparation, and reporting to senior management. About this role: This is a leadership position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in regulatory affairs, with experience in developing and implementing regulatory strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and interacting with external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and be able to apply this knowledge to drive business results. This may include identifying areas for improvement, developing solutions, and implementing changes to achieve compliance. Main Responsibilities: Develops and implements regulatory strategies Oversees all regulatory activities: strategy definition, submission preparation Reports to VP of Clinical Quality and Regulatory Affairs Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. life sciences, law) 5+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in a leadership role Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Benefits: We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
