Join Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as a Manufacturing Sterile Lead DPS in Ferentino. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the manufacturing processes to ensure strict compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Identify and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement manufacturing strategies and achieve organizational goals. Monitor and manage the performance of the sterile manufacturing team, providing mentorship and support to ensure outstanding outcomes. Requirements: Proven experience in a manufacturing role, preferably within a sterile environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to encourage and motivate a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to compete in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
