You will collaborate with our clients, internal and external teams to gather and document requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications, evaluate project costs and plan project activities, and ensure the successful implementation of IT solutions. The role also involves supporting project management, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.Primary ResponsibilitiesBusiness Process and Requirements Analysis: Actively participate in meetings with stakeholders to identify business requirements, gather input, and define business needs. Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems or end-to-end processes to assess how changes or improvements can be effectively implemented.Cost Evaluation and Budgeting: Analyze potential costs associated with proposed IT solutions, prepare cost assessments, and contribute to project budgeting to ensure effective resource allocation.Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, defining timelines, milestones, and resource requirements to ensure that IT projects are completed on time and within budget.Requirement Documentation and Functional Specifications: Translate gathered business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications.
