Great, you’re in the right placeWhat you’ll be doing day to dayCooperate with the store management team to ensure Sustainability is integrated into the store Action PlanCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and consistent engagement throughout the local areaEstablish and lead processes to facilitate the concrete and effective alignment of the sustainability strategy and its integration into the store's corporate agendaCommunicate internally and externally, the strategy and goals, acting as the company's ambassador on sustainability topicsMake sure that the store Action Plan is implemented and periodically checked through the Sustainability Functional Review and other relevant assessmentsAct as reference person for co‑workers regarding sustainability related matters, contributing to co‑worker training and engagement initiativesWork in cooperation with our national and local strategic partners and charitable organizations to ensure shared campaigns and initiatives are effectively planned, executed and communicatedProvide sustainability related contents for communication purposes, with special focus on local initiativesProvide an inspiring and motivating direction for the store colleagues on how, together, we can grow IKEA in a sustainable and socially responsible wayWhat you’ll need to haveDemonstrated experience in the field of communication, Corporate Social Responsibility and a strong interest in sustainability issuesIn‑depth knowledge of how to initiate, plan, execute, control and close a projectAbility to engage a receiver and create passion for your plansAbility to create a strong network of partners internally and externally to the companyAbility to recognize the link between environmental sustainability and the commercial agendaCommitted to creating a more sustainable way of livingGood level of EnglishSelf‑reliant and motivated with proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independentlyReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at IKEA by 2x#J-18808-Ljbffr
