With over 3,000 employees, the Technology Department drives business growth and improves quality standards across functional lines.QA Tester - AutomationAs a QA Tester in the OV Connect team, you will design, implement, maintain, and execute both automated and manual tests for a Scrum team. You will promote software quality at the end of each sprint and support the development of an integration platform that exchanges data between MSC and external clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze user stories by discussing with the product owner and product specialists.Collaborate daily with developers to define the needed tests for each user story.Implement Good Testing Practices and guidelines from the Testing Community.Implement, maintain, and execute automated and manual tests for the Scrum team.Perform load tests and other non‑functional tests.Implement automated regression testing for each new user story.Implement automated system integration testing for each release.Perform functional testing for each user story developed by the development team.Actively participate in scrum ceremonies and propose ideas.Contribute to the Testing Community by improving guidelines and supporting peers.Assist teammates when needed.Perform exploratory testing (manual) as required.Write and maintain How‑To Guides for end users.Qualifications and ExperienceExperience with software testing in an agile process.Experience with DevOps continuous integration and deployment.Familiarity with Agile methodology (SCRUM).Experience delivering developed enterprise software.Experience working in offshore or remote team environments.Knowledge of the maritime shipping industry.Proficiency with Microsoft .Net C# and web API development.Experience with MS Windows Server and MS SQL Server.Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio.Experience with unit testing and coded‑UI tests.Fluency in English.Multicultural and international collaboration skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.What We OfferWe provide a range of benefits including learning opportunities, a comprehensive welfare system, life and health insurance, modern workstations, and discounts within the MSC group.
