You’ll have space to experiment, innovate, and grow — while being trusted to deliver results.We’re not just hiring for a role; we’re investing in a leader.What You’ll Be DoingLead and manage a team of freelance and full-time link builders & virtual assistantsOwn and improve our link-building strategy to grow organic visibility and rankingsCoordinate with SEO & Content teams to align campaigns with on-page effortsApprove and QA link prospects to ensure quality and relevanceSet, track, and review monthly KPIs for link acquisition and performanceTrain, guide, and motivate your team to reach targets and maintain excellenceAnalyze backlink data to identify trends, issues, and growth opportunitiesResearch and test new link-building techniques — from digital PR to niche editsMaintain strong relationships with webmasters, bloggers, and partnersDevelop and refine SOPs for scalability, consistency, and efficiencyReport results and insights to management with clarity and accuracyIdeal Profile:About You3+ years of experience in link building or off-page SEO (agency experience preferred)1+ year in a team lead or management role within SEO or digital marketingDeep understanding of backlink strategy, quality metrics, and anchor text optimizationConfident using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Pitchbox Comfortable analyzing data and turning insights into actionable strategyExcellent written English; persuasive communication and outreach skillsStrong organizational and project management skills — you love structureGrowth mindset — resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented Tech-savvy with experience using Google Sheets, Notion, or AirtableStable internet connection and willingness to use time-tracking softwareWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent delivery of high-quality, relevant links each month#J-18808-Ljbffr
