You will have the chance to be part of an ambitious business development plan across Europe.You will support all Europe, with a main focus on Germany.MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:Talent sourcing: identifying and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach (headhunting).Screening and selection: reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess qualifications, and preparing candidate shortlists.Interview coordination: scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers or client teams.Supporting payroll process, collecting attendance and non-attendance. Update HR tools.Training and Development:Supporting the HR Manager on the development of career paths, training plans and performance appraisal processes.Policy and compliance.Developing and enforcing company HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintaining updated employee records.We would like to meet passionate and motivated candidates. Not afraid to work, for some topics, in a start-up contest.KEY SKILLS:Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Foreign Languages or similar.Proven knowledge of German.
