Embrace the Lisbon lifestyle and work in a city known for its balance of work and play.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries about home appliances via phone, email, and chat with precision and professionalism.Provide helpful, accurate, and timely product information to ensure customer satisfaction.Assist with troubleshooting, product recommendations, and order management.Stay updated on product offerings, ensuring customers receive the best service possible.Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed customer expectations.What We Are Looking ForFluent proficiency in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2) (both spoken and written).Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on making every interaction positive.Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the Home Appliances industry, is an advantage.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a solution‑focused mindset.Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.Salary & BenefitsTransport allowance provided monthly.Meal allowance available daily.Health insurance from day one (small monthly contribution; free after 6 months of contract).Relocation SupportAirfare reimbursementAccommodation: Shared apartment for up to 12 months, with rent at 280 euros per month (all utilities included).
