OverviewEtjca Spa , an accredited Employment Agency, through its Catania office , is currently recruiting on behalf of a prominent multinational client engaged in advanced electronics solutions for the semiconductor production industry. This innovative company pioneers technologies and systems involved in the creation of reticles, wafers, ICs , electronic packaging, PCBs, and flat-panel display manufacturing processes. Main DutiesDeliver technical support for machine setup, problem-solving, and maintenance Act as a liaison between the client and company, ensuring high customer satisfaction Troubleshoot and repair systemic faults Document service interventions and compile technical reports for internal teams Maintain and improve equipment performance standards Work closely with customers to reduce operational downtime Generate cost estimates for services involving travel, labor, and spare components Frequent travel required approximately 70–80% of work will be conducted off-site Candidate ProfileStrong command of spoken and written English Educational background : Diploma in Mechatronics or Electronics , or a Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering 2–3 years of practical experience in diagnosing and repairing high-tech industrial systems Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and schematics Comfortable resolving multi-layered system faults (hardware / software / networks / automation) Skilled in analyzing problems and offering structured solutions Forward-thinking mindset to respond to evolving client needs Valid Category B driver\'s license Note:Chosen candidates will participate in a three-week international training session (USA or Singapore) before starting operational duties.
