We are now looking for an e-commerce Customer Service Specialist to join our E-commerce team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, supporting them throughout their online shopping experience.

The ideal candidate is a problem solver, has excellent communication skills, and has a customer-first mindset.

Position

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring a seamless customer experience by interacting with customers through email and live chat;
  2. Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction;
  3. Continuously looking for ways of improving the customer experience based on customer feedback;
  4. Supporting the E-commerce team on how to improve the online customer experience;
  5. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times;
  6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience;
  7. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and e-commerce trends;
  8. Proficiency in using Shopify and Gorgias platforms;
  9. Support in translating website content.
Requirements

Qualifications and requirements:

  1. University degree in Communication, Foreign Languages, or related field;
  2. Excellent knowledge of English and Italian, and at least one of the following languages: German, Spanish, French, or Dutch;
  3. Previous experience in a similar role of 3 years;
  4. Good MS Office Knowledge;
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity, flexibility, and problem-solving;
  6. Interest in the motorsports industry completes the profile.

This position is available in Asolo HQ (TV).
