ITALIA 2025 - New Graduate - Technical Analyst Join to apply for the ITALIA 2025 - New Graduate - Technical analyst role at NTT DATA Europe & Latam . We are looking for a Junior Technical Analyst to join our team and support the analysis and troubleshooting of our proprietary tool used for data processing and reporting. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or related IT fields, with strong analytical skills and a solid technical foundation. You will work closely with technical and business teams to identify issues, investigate root causes, and ensure the smooth operation of our solutions. About The Context You will be joining a highly innovative environment, working on a proprietary technological solution in the commercial domain that leverages Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence to deliver advanced analytics and automation capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge product that combines data, AI, and real-world insights to support our clients’ operations. Key Responsibilities Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues reported on our internal tool. Review and interpret application logs to identify errors or performance bottlenecks. Perform JSON data inspections to validate input/output data consistency. Execute and analyze SQL queries in Azure Cosmos DB (or other databases) to investigate data-related issues. Collaborate with development teams to document and elevate complex problems. Support data validation activities, helping ensure accuracy and reliability of system outputs. Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting and documenting technical enhancements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or a related field. Basic knowledge of SQL, JSON, and data structures. Understanding of database systems (preferably cloud-based, e.g., Azure Cosmos DB). Familiarity with log analysis tools or scripting for data inspection (Python, PowerShell, etc.) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
