Key Job Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert in the epidemiology of work‑related illness and injury for Global Medical Team AMER. Mitigate risks to operations by developing and implementing regional frameworks and guidelines for health programs in musculoskeletal health and communicable diseases. Design, enhance, and maintain systems/mechanisms to assess and analyze the performance of programs overseen by Global Medical Team AMER. Serve as a direct communicable disease epidemiologic resource to Global Security Operations for on‑call consultations. Research and pilot innovative health solutions – such as AI‑driven MSD injury prevention. Perform advanced statistical analysis as needed. Support the standardization and integration of health programs across AMER by executing initiatives aligned with Global Medical Team AMER multi‑year vision for consistency, scalability, and quality.
