This role is key to optimizing and scaling mass production processes for injection molding and hard coating technologies. Reporting directly to the Engineering Director, the successful candidate will lead strategic initiatives to expand the company’s operational footprint, starting with production flow redesign in Italy and evolving to global implementation.
