Business Development & Client Relations Manager - Vacation Rentals Azienda La più grande azienda italiana di ospitalità ed esperienze Offerta ricerca proattiva sul territorio di opportunità di acquisizione case attraverso il porta a porta, lo scouting sulle piattaforme digitali più conosciute e sui principali siti di annunci immobiliari; gestione della negoziazione e delle diverse fasi delle trattative di acquisizione coordinandosi con i responsabili dello sviluppo locale e nazionale: primo contatto, sopralluogo, consulenza economica rispetto al possibile rendimento dell'immobile; gestione dei proprietari degli immobili acquisiti attraverso contatti periodici; gestione del proprietario nelle prime fasi di onboarding e benvenuto nel circuito del gruppo attraverso tutorial delle procedure e dei sistemi a supporto al proprietario utilizzo degli strumenti aziendali forniti a supporto dell'attività di Acquisizione case e Gestione Proprietari Competenze ed esperienza è fortemente orientato al risultato ha ottime capacità di relazione e negoziazione ha maturato esperienza in qualità di agente, mediatore o consulente nel settore immobiliare, assicurativo o patrimoniale ha abilità nel muoversi in autonomia sul territorio ed è automunito vanta spiccate capacità organizzative rispetta le scadenze dimostra massima serietà ha propensione al lavoro in team Completa l'offerta Ottima opportunità di carriera. #J-18808-Ljbffr
