What Makes This Role Exciting In this role, you’ll be responsible for the accurate operational and end-to-end processing of Italian payrolls during the implementation phase. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal standards, while also supporting key internal and audit requirements. Main Responsibilities Take part in the implementation of an in-house payroll platform for Italian clients, in collaboration with relevant CloudPay departments Reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll data Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll information and documentation, ensuring compliance with Italian payroll legislation Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation to support internal processes and external audits Analyze payroll data to ensure correct calculation and distribution of salaries, deductions, and statutory contributions Prepare payroll-related reports, tax filings, and correspondence in accordance with Italian legal requirements Input and validate data in line with current Italian labor laws and procedures Support the setup and configuration of client payrolls by ensuring complete and accurate data collection Collaborate with Transition Consultants to ensure a smooth handover from project delivery to operations Assist with testing and validation during parallel runs or new implementations Support software release testing by validating new payroll functionality Experience Needed For This Role Proven, in-depth experience in end-to-end Italian payroll processing (implementation is a plus) Strong fluency in Italian and English, with excellent communication skills to engage with both local clients and international teams Advanced understanding of Italian payroll legislation, statutory reporting, and related regulatory bodies Experience in managing full-cycle payroll processes and client implementations Proficiency in Zucchetti local software is required Strong proficiency in business tools including MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment Collaborative team player who communicates clearly and contributes to shared success About You And Our Core Values Taking ownership, working with integrity and respect Being a team player is key to our culture Solution and customer focused Great initiative with the goal for excellence in achieving results Dedicated to developing and always looking for continuous improvements Be creative, be committed, be engaged and enjoy what you do Italy Package And Benefits Competitive Salary Competitive vacation allowance Calm app EAP Employee Referral Program WFH Allowance Ticket Restaurant contribution Paid Volunteering days CloudPay NOW BEREAVEMENT LEAVE CloudPay is committed to being an equal opportunities employer.
