After establishing a solid online presence we are now entering a phase of strategic acceleration in physical retail particularly in GDO and Drugstores.We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager with deep knowledge of the Italian retail market ready to play a key role within our team. Youll be the vital link between our Marketing strategies and tangible success at the point of sale. Your mission is to maximize the visibility and performance of KoRo products in key distribution channels turning our brand values into effective in-store activities targeted promotions and innovative POS materials.Your responsibilitiesPlan execute and track trade marketing activities to drive visibility and sell-out in Italian retail (GDO & Drugstore)Develop and roll out target-group-specific POS strategies including promotional materials and activationsCollaborate closely with Italian Marketing Key Account Management and Global Trade Marketing to support omnichannel campaigns and promotionsAnalyze market competitor and sales data to derive clear actionable recommendations for the Italian marketCoordinate product launches and relaunches in retail including budget planning and KPI trackingYour profileYou have a degree in Business Administration Marketing or a comparable fieldYou bring 24 years of hands‑on Trade Marketing experience in Italian Retail ideally within GDO or DrugstoresYou enjoy working in a fast-moving growth‑driven environment and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when neededYou work independently take ownership and approach challenges with a solution‑oriented mindsetYou communicate confidently with different stakeholders and feel comfortable working cross‑functionallyYou feel at home using Google Workspace (Sheets Slides Drive) and NotionYou are fluent in Italian and EnglishYou are based in Italy or Berlin (Germany) or are willing to relocateWhat you can expect from usOur diverse team is ready to be enriched and inspired by your ideas : help building the future of food retailing in our fast‑growing start‑upExtensive onboardings which will prepare you for your various and challenging tasks.Flexible working hours and home office options to ensure a good work‑life balance.A beautiful and modern office in Berlin Schöneberg easy to reach by public transport and we cover the costs of your monthly BVG (public transport Berlin) ticket.Find your way (back) to the gym thanks to fitness cooperations with Urban Sports Club or FitX.Optimal performance thanks to a modern MacBook.Well equipped office kitchen with fresh fruit delicious KoRo snacks coffee and tea.20 % discoun t in our KoRo online store.Regular team events and joint activities as well as legendary company parties.Sounds goodThen apply with your application documents ( CV and letter of motivation ) via the application form on our website.
