Reservations Agent - Customer Care
La risorsa riporterà al Reservations Manager, e si occuperà nello specifico delle seguenti aree di attvità per tutte le proprietà della collection (Italia - Londra - Maldive) :
Accoglienza e gestione chiamate inbound dei clienti rispettando gli standard aziendaliGestione richieste clienti B2B e B2C pre e post bookingIdentificare, ricercare e risolvere i problemi dei clientiCross selling di servizi ed experiencesAttività di protectionInserimento prenotazioni nel PMSGestione prenotazioni ricevute tramite sistemi partnerPartecipazione a training per migliorare skills and performanceCondivisione feedback e suggerimenti per migliorare il servizio offerto
Requisiti Richiesti:Ottima conoscenza dell''Inglese e di una seconda lingua straniera come il Tedesco che costituisce un plus.Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno un paio d’ anni preferibilmente in ambito Hotel nel front office o ufficio prenotazioni; proattività, forte predisposizione al problem solving, orientamento al cliente e al teamwork.
