A better future?We\'re Lear For You.Position purpose Manage the seat development activity for the assigned program under your responsibility in accordance with legal and client specifications. Ensure defined development times and costs for program objectives and commitments.Responsibility area Technical responsible for the program's seat development activities and for the technical contentTechnical interface for customers, suppliers and internal departmentsCoordinates the engineering team, defines the direction of the programImplement efficiently the BCC tools into development team (hc)Proactively communicate and collaborate across regions and teamsConducts internal team meetingsSupports and contributes to the development of the team through technical experience and Lear \"lessons learned\".Manage the list of open issues with Top 5 customers/internal customer on a weekly basisManage the budget for new projects, monitor P&LKnows the legal requirements for seat componentsSupports creation of sub component specifications to conform to customer specificationsSupports DFMEA for new productsSupports preparation and carries out design reviewsManage the program BOM through PLM systemSupports /FEA matrix testsAnalyze FEA results and define design changesAnalyze test results and define design changesAlign control plans by collaborating with Central Quality and Lear Supplier QualitySupports the implementation of VA/VE proposalsSupports PFMEA definitionGuarantees the result of the LEAR profileRequirements 2+ years experience leading a team5+ years experience in engineering developmentFluent English and ItalianEngineering degree#J-18808-Ljbffr
