To strengthen its Middle Office Trading department, Alpiq is looking for a Portfolio Analyst with proven professional experience in the energy markets. The Middle Office Trading department is responsible to provide accurate PnL and exposures reporting to the Trading department. Take responsibility for the generation and validation of various reports, such as exposures and Profit / Loss calculations from trading activities. Consulting and supporting front trading units in capturing specific Trade Types. Monitoring portfolio structures and processes interacting with them. Analyse key indicators, test new products in the trading system and support several cross-divisional processes. Execution of ETRM or BI System tests when new releases appear or assistance regarding migrations of deals or adjustments to trading systems. Participate in internal and external projects and / or related project management Overall, be a reliable business partner and in contact with different internal departments such as Front Office, Controlling, Risk Management and Back Office. Excellent project management skills Fluent in English - German, French, Italian, Spanish or any other language skills are a plus EU citizen or valid EU working permit #J-18808-Ljbffr
