Field Application Engineer – Milan, ItalyReady to power the future of electrification? We're seeking a Field Application Engineer (FAE) to join a global leader in advanced power solutions, and help drive innovation across automotive, aerospace & defense, industrial, and high‐performance computing markets. Why This Role Stands Out Shape the future of EV/HEV and autonomous vehicles with cutting‐edge power architectures. Contribute to mission‐critical systems in aerospace and defense. Support next‐gen computing and industrial automation. Work directly with OEMs, Tier 1s, and distribution partners to deliver real impact. What You'll Do Partner with business development teams to win new designs and accelerate adoption. Provide hands‐on technical support: product selection, system design, troubleshooting. Deliver seminars, training, and lab evaluations to customers and partners. Build strong relationships with engineering teams across industries. Travel 30–50% to engage customers face‐to‐face. What We're Looking For Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). 5+ years in analog/power supply design or applications engineering. Automotive market experience is a big plus. Fluent in English and Italian, with strong communication skills. Full clean driving license. Why Join Us?
