Data la nostra costante crescita, stiamo potenziando e ampliando il nostro team con individui che condividano i nostri valori fondamentali : AMBIZIONE, SORRISO, DINAMISMO, VOGLIA DI METTERSI IN GIOCO, il tutto in un contesto in continuo sviluppo, dove le relazioni umane sono prioritarie.IL TUO RUOLO Nell’ottica di rafforzare il nostro team, siamo alla ricerca di un HSE Manager di cantiere, con esperienza in ambito stradale, presso una nostra azienda partner con sede a Pontremoli (provincia di Massa Carrara).Responsabilità Principali Coordinare e supervisionare tutte le attività HSE in cantiere durante la fase operativa dei lavori civili e infrastrutturali.Garantire la corretta applicazione delle normative in materia di sicurezza e ambiente.Redigere, aggiornare e monitorare i Piani di Sicurezza e Coordinamento (PSC), POS, DVR e altra documentazione HSE.Effettuare audit interni, ispezioni di cantiere e riunioni periodiche di sicurezza.Gestire la formazione e sensibilizzazione del personale e dei subappaltatori sui temi HSE.Analizzare incidenti, near miss e non conformità, individuando azioni correttive e preventive.Collaborare con la Direzione Lavori, il Coordinatore per la Sicurezza e le autorità competenti.Monitorare gli indicatori HSE e contribuire ai report periodici verso la Direzione Aziendale.Requisiti Laurea o diploma tecnico con specializzazione in ambito sicurezza, ambiente o ingegneria.Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli HSE su cantieri infrastrutturali complessi (autostradali, ferroviari, opere civili).Conoscenza approfondita della normativa italiana sulla sicurezza nei cantieri (D.Lgs. 81 / 08).Ottima capacità di gestione delle emergenze e relazione con enti esterni e imprese appaltatrici.Padronanza del pacchetto Office e di strumenti digitali per la reportistica HSE.Attitudine al problem solving, leadership e forte orientamento alla prevenzione.Cosa Offriamo Contratto a tempo indeterminatoStrumenti di formazione per sviluppare competenze tecniche e soft skills.Follow-up costante con il team HR per accompagnare il tuo percorso di crescita.Opportunità di sviluppo professionale in un contesto dinamico, innovativo e internazionale.The world needs you AGAP2 è un equal opportunities employer : crediamo che tutte le forme di diversità siano fonte di arricchimento reciproco.
