Thanks to an ever-expanding network of collaborations with leading players in luxury hospitality and entertainment worldwide, our malls have become destinations for millions of high-profile guests from overseas as well as from local markets.Every day, we work with a deep passion to provide our tenants with the most exclusive luxury environment and services, maximizing the value of their off‑price sales.Your opportunityThe Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking a new Guest Personal Assistant, being based at our Mall in Sanremo.The Guest Personal Assistant will provide the Welcome Lounge team with essential support, ensuring a smooth client experience and collaborating in tracking clients visiting The Mall Sanremo. The person will work in a very dynamic context, guaranteeing the best shopping experience for our clients.How you will contributeWelcome clients visiting The Mall Luxury Outlets and provide excellent customer service.Assist with the loyalty program by inviting clients to subscribe, explaining points accumulation, and managing rewards redemption.Support clients as a personal shopper, when requested.Record individual guests and groups using The Mall Luxury Outlets’ digital tools.Handle client requests received via email and phone, coordinating with the Tourism Marketing Team.Coordinate with The Mall Luxury Outlets partners to help ensure service standards are respected.Check the In Mall image and its alignment with The Mall Luxury Outlets guidelines, sharing updates with the Marketing team.Present and sell The Mall Luxury Outlets Collection, supporting product storytelling and collecting sales and client feedback.Support clients as a personal shopper, when requested.Who you areAn organized, yet flexible multi‑tasking person.A professional with proven relational skills, hospitality & luxury background will be considered a plus.A fluent Italian, French, and English speaker; Russian, Arabic, or Chinese will be considered a strong asset.A team player willing to be part of a larger group with common goals.A proactive person, with a positive approach.Expert user of MS Office Suite.Why work with us?This is an excellent opportunity to join The Mall Simon Luxury Outlets at a time of extraordinary growth, make a meaningful personal contribution, and become part of a thriving team within a luxury fashion environment that offers endless opportunities to learn and grow.
