Technical Engineer Manager Location: Verona, Italy Contract: Permanent Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 Responsibilities Develop and modify food‑processing equipment for preparation, filling and packaging with a focus on energy management. Manage projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and cost control. Draft project specifications and technical requirements, guaranteeing compliance with safety regulations. Co‑ordinate with suppliers, negotiating offers, selecting and supervising supply activities, installation, commissioning and testing of equipment. Define improvement interventions for existing equipment performance, working closely with functional areas to integrate market demands into the development process. Qualifications Degree in Mechanical, Electronics or Energy Engineering. Experience in electromechanical plant and technological equipment. Project management skills. Knowledge of the machinery directive and 2D/3D modelling programmes. Good English. Team‑work and problem‑solving attitude. Benefits Permanent contract with salary €45k – €55k. EEO compliant.
