At E-Frontiers we're on the lookout for a System Administrator to join a growing global IT company based in several European regions, with headquarters in Spain. The role involves managing and maintaining datacenter infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of critical systems, and supporting hardware lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate is a professional with at least 3 years of experience in the field. We're a tech recruitment company with offices in Ireland and Spain. We partner with product-based companies, scale-ups and tech consultancies to connect them with top tech talent. We'll support you throughout the entire process and make sure it's smooth and transparent. Responsibilities Install servers and server system components, following the rules and procedures defined in the Datacenter Service Catalogue. Perform maintenance and daily operation of the Infrastructure Main CMDB system. Apply hardware assets labelling and inventory registration techniques. Manage support contracts, including RMA procedures and defective hardware replacement. Execute configuration management tasks and procedures. Requirements Education: University degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in systems administration or related IT roles. Knowledge of datacenter operations, hardware management, and configuration procedures. Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills. Good communication skills in English (Italian is a plus). Conditions Location: Ispra (Italy) Work model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week at the datacenter / 3 days remote. Contract type: Full-time, permanent. Salary: € #J-18808-Ljbffr
