This position is responsible for validating operational financial data, ensuring policy compliance, and assisting with accurate and timely financial processing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to collaborate effectively across teams.Key Responsibilities:- Review and validate team timesheets and reported working hours to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Monitor employee expense submissions, verify supporting documentation, and ensure adherence to company policies. - Review contractor invoices prior to approval and payment, resolving discrepancies as needed. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to financial operations, reimbursements, and payments. - Collaborate closely with the finance team to support timely and precise payment processing. - Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance financial reporting and expense control. - Support ad-hoc financial tasks, audits, and reporting as required.QualificationsJob requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or - equivalent experience). - Experience in financial operations, accounts payable, or similar roles preferred. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. - Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial software/tools. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Location: EU timezoneAbout YouYou thrive in a structured, process-driven environment and enjoy ensuring that financial data is correct, compliant, and well-organized.
