The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team in La Spezia's office. She will be a key contributor to our sales team's success. The candidate needs to be enthusiastic, innovative, organized with strong attention to detail and able to prioritize work effectively in line with commercial objectives. Motivated and eager to learn, with the ability to take the initiative to create her own space in the company.Responsibilities- Support daily office activities in La Spezia - Digital Marketing and social media - Generate communications for press, clients and contacts - Intelligence Market activity - Coordinate scheduling with clients and sales team members - Lead client correspondence - Handle customer inquiries and issuesQualifications- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - Customer-service oriented - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva or similarWe're have a commitment to investing in long term relationships.
