Please submit your CV in English. Mission We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Java Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in business analysis and IT project management, particularly in traceability and quality systems. You will play a key role in analyzing business needs, managing cross‑functional projects, and enhancing traceability processes to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction. Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities Analyze functional requirements from stakeholders including business owners, engineering teams, and regulatory bodies. Lead and coordinate IT projects focused on the JAVA development, improvement, and maintenance of traceability applications. Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Enhance customer experience by delivering reliable and efficient traceability solutions. Support change management and training initiatives related to traceability systems. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management, process improvement, traceability applications, JAVA projects. Strong understanding of requirements engineering, process design, and quality assurance methodologies. Solid foundation in IT operations and systems integration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level or equivalent).
