We are looking for motivated, compassionate, empathetic individuals to support our clients to live their best life.Job DescriptionWe are seeking Support Workers in the Nelson area to join our highly motivated team to engage with our clients in supporting them to live their lives, in their communities, in ways that are meaningful to them.RequirementsA great communicator and able to use a variety of communication strategies (eg: social media, texting, non‑verbal communication aids)Able to commit to a client(s) for an extended period of timeWilling to continually up‑skill your knowledge by attending information and training opportunitiesHave some weekend availabilityYou must have your own vehicle and a full driver’s licenceHave a passion for helping peopleIf you have no Health Qualification your application may not be consideredWorking HoursWe need support workers with good availability, working around your flexibility. We have a variety of hours ranging from 1 hour to part day or full day work.
