When you join the Governance, Risk, Compliance and Sustainability Services team, you will help companies transform risks into opportunities for the improvement of their organisation and evolution of their governance systems to gain a competitive edge and offer integrated solutions and innovative approaches for strategic risk management. KPMG Advisory’s Governance, Risk & Compliance team supports companies in the definition of governance and organisational structures to face the challenges of digital transformation through processes for the management of risks and opportunities. If you are passionate about governance and internal control and risk management systems applied to the financial reporting sector, with an interest in consulting, join our Milan team serving clients in the Financial sector. Specifically, you will be tasked with: Managing the administrative liability of entities in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/01 Overseeing and assessing the internal control systems of banking, financial, and insurance intermediaries Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics This is the perfect opportunity for you if: at least two years of risk & compliance experience with companies (insurance companies or banks) or consulting companies; Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Economics or Law , with excellent academic results; an interest in financial services (banking and/or insurance) and a good knowledge of the finance sector's regulatory framework; excellent knowledge of English , preferably with study and/or work experience abroad.
