About The Role We are looking for a Pre‑Sales Technical role that will work in the specific solution/technology area of VMware/Lenovo. The person will be the subject‑matter expert working internally/externally with the partner base and sales organisation on defining less complex solutions and projects for partners. Main Responsibilities Work with the sales team to support the design and configuration of vendor solutions. Use internal and vendor tools to generate accurate bill of materials on a timely basis. Respond quickly to queries or customer care issues. Educate internal and external audiences about products/technologies. Understand and apply vendor promotions. Knowledge, Skills and Experience 2–3 years of experience. Relevant experience in Lenovo/VMware technologies is ideal. Fluent in Italian; conversational in English. Effective communication skills. Strong attention to detail, priority management and planning skills. IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Competition and End User desirable.
