This is an on‑site role based in Lisbon. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns. Provide customer service support related to advertising technology products. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality campaign performance. Analyze, monitor, and report on campaign metrics. Support clients through a contact centre environment. Work both independently and as part of a team to meet performance objectives. Requirements Mandatory: Experience in paid campaign management. Degree in Marketing or related field. Previous experience in Digital Marketing. Experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program for an Advertising Tech company. Strong familiarity with major social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital advertising. Excellent customer service‑oriented skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Fluency in Italian + English.
