We are looking for an Area Service Manager for the Triveneto Region. Key Responsibilities Coordinate all the service activities with local technical organizations. Responsible for data elaboration, consolidation and analysis with QM, to provide monthly reporting to Customers. Continuous review and definition of improvements in After sales service processes. Acquire deep knowledge of existing service agreements (customer’s service contracts) and support the preparation phase accordingly to Epta’s policy. Manage recall campaigns in coordination with quality/non-conformity and service organizations. Manage preventive and actual cost analysis (with detail of materials, labor or outside subcontractors) for all service activities. Scout new external providers (subcontractors), negotiate the rates and SLA. Manage the subcontractors by verifying the SLA, costs, overdues, certification and documentations. Requirements Professional experience in the role or similar of at least 4 years. Management experience: preferably in multinational context, with similar dimensions, managing similar activities. Languages: English and second Language. Highest Education Level: Engineering Degree. The role may be performed from any location within the Veneto Region.
