Base pay range Azienda operante nella produzione e distribuzione di dispositivi per il comfort notturno, è alla ricerca di un/una Addetto/a al Front Office per fornire supporto al nostro team commerciale. La figura selezionata sarà responsabile delle attività di accoglienza, gestione del front office e supporto operativo al team di vendita, garantendo un servizio impeccabile e contribuendo al buon andamento delle operazioni quotidiane. Attività principali Accoglienza e gestione delle richieste dei clienti, sia telefoniche che in presenza, con un approccio professionale e orientato al cliente Fornire informazioni sui dispositivi per il comfort notturno e sulle soluzioni commerciali offerte dall’azienda Supporto alla gestione degli ordini e alle attività di follow‑up con i clienti Collaborazione con il team commerciale per l’organizzazione e la gestione degli appuntamenti. Requisiti richiesti Ottima capacità di relazionarsi con i clienti, con particolare attenzione all’ascolto e alla soddisfazione delle loro esigenze Eccellenti doti comunicative, con una naturale predisposizione per la negoziazione e la risoluzione dei problemi Proattività e capacità di anticipare le necessità del team commerciale Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e decisionale in un ambiente dinamico e orientato agli obiettivi Attitudine alla gestione di più compiti contemporaneamente, mantenendo un alto livello di precisione e professionalità. Offerta Contratto a tempo determinato di 3 mesi, con possibilità di proroga. Orario di lavoro full‑time dal lunedì al venerdì, con orari dalle 8:30 alle 12:30 e dalle 13:30 alle 17:30.
