Quality Assurance Engineer, Global LogisticsShape the future of Global Logistics at Amazon by driving operational excellence through innovative test automation and quality assurance. You'll lead the development of sophisticated testing frameworks that ensure the reliability and performance of mission‑critical logistics systems serving millions of customers worldwide. Your work will directly impact Amazon's ability to deliver products efficiently and reliably across our global network.Key job responsibilitiesCreate test strategies, test plans and test casesReview user interfaces for conformity and functionalityEfficiently execute test cases across all functional areas of our productsReview product user interface for conformity to design guidelinesFind, isolate, document, regress and track bugs through resolutionInterpret and report testing results and be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development processWork with software development engineers to understand the overall technical architecture and how each feature is implementedEngage in code reviews to ensure testability and unit test designsDevelop automated tests, scripts, and tools to enable CI/CDCollaborate across teams to enhance total product quality1+ years with GenAI and tools that can simplify Quality AssuranceA day in the lifeYou'll start your day collaborating with development teams to understand new features and their technical implementation. Throughout the day, you'll write and execute test cases, develop automation scripts, and participate in code reviews. You'll analyze test results, identify potential issues, and work with cross‑functional teams to implement solutions. Your expertise will help shape product quality decisions and testing strategies that scale across Amazon's global logistics network.Basic Qualifications1+ years of quality assurance engineering experienceBachelor's degreeExperience in manual testingExperience in automation testingExperience in UI and API automation testing (Selenium/SOAPUI)Preferred QualificationsExperience in API & Mobile testingExperience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and controlOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
