Job Title: Programme manager Location: Rome (hybrid) Responsibilities Manages the operational aspects of projects and programs and has responsibility for Programmes and Projects to Clinical Centres and Patients with a view of delivering the very best of IQVIA’s experience expertise and capabilities. Provide Management reports relating to Programmes finances and performance. Provide input into project proposals and RFPs and participate in proposal development and sales / proposal presentations. Acts as a single point of contact for project / program status. Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company’s standards. Design delivery and management of innovative solutions projects for Clients. Plan programs and project management including setting deadlines, prioritising tasks and assigning team members to various deliverables. Work with line managers to ensure that any study staff or communication issues are accurately and promptly escalated and resolved. Ensure that staff work to the highest standard in compliance with current SOPs relevant guidelines / policies and regulatory requirements. Candidate Profile - Summary 5 years of work experience either in Services (consulting project management) or in Industry. Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects in large corporate settings with accountability for P&L and results. Excellent organisational leadership client relationship skills. Outstanding analytics problem solving. Experience and passion for Health Care. BSc or Master Degree. Proficiency in English. Rome Hybrid Formula.
