The RoleThe Pricing Entry Analyst will assist in implementing pricing strategies. This role includes collecting data, supporting the pricing team with research, and helping to maintain pricing databases. It also includes transfer price management, which sets the prices for transactions between sister companies within Xylem and is crucial for multinational compliance with international and local regulations. The role is critical to ensure customer satisfaction and quick on-field problem solving. Enter pricing information into company systems accurately and efficiently Update and maintain pricing databases Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies Generate and analyze pricing reports for management and sales teams Identify trends and opportunities for pricing optimization Set pricing benchmark standards and metrics Make recommendations for pricing strategies based on data analysis Communicate pricing updates and changes to relevant stakeholders Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss pricing and market trends Communicate with the sales team to ensure pricing alignment with contracts and agreements Cross-boundary collaboration Inspiring accountability Problem solving Point of contact for Xylem Sales Companies Customer focus and result orientation Proactivity and attention to detail Prioritization and planning Effective communication, open mind and positive approach QualificationsExperience in Data Analysis Good knowledge of MS Office Suite Fluent in English and Italian Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Statistics or Engineering Preferred QualificationsAn experience in the Front-End or Customer Service area is a plus Experience in dealing with complex organization and processes (ability to work across boundaries) is a plus A second European language is a plus ContractPermanent - Full time Benefits : company canteen and company bonus Join the global Xylem team to be part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
