Data Integration & BI SpecialistExperis, Reggio Emilia, Emilia‑Romagna, Italy – the IT & Technology arm of the Manpower Group.We are looking for a Data Integration & BI Specialist to join our dedicated data platform team.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain processes and software components to ensure the proper functioning of Data & Analytics solutions.Work with technologies such as Teradata, Datastage, IWS Tivoli, Power BI, Denodo, and Erwin, contributing to data management, security, and quality.Collaborate with internal and external teams for evolutionary and maintenance activities, participating in analysis, development, testing, and software release.Support ETL development and data integration processes.QualificationsExperience in developing and maintaining ETL processes and data integration.Knowledge of BI tools and data virtualization (Power BI, Denodo).Familiarity with relational databases and SQL (preferably Teradata).Experience managing security and access controls.Knowledge of data modeling tools (Erwin).Experience with release pipelines and testing (Azure DevOps).Collaboration and problem‑solving skills in complex environments.Experience with tools such as BusinessObjects, SAS, SPSS Modeler.Knowledge of schedulers (IWS Tivoli) and ETL processes (Datastage).Familiarity with cloud environments and advanced data architectures.OfferCCNL Commercio, permanent contract, salary level and RAL to be calibrated according to the candidate’s experience.BenefitsTraining in soft skills and technical areas; meal vouchers; welfare concessions.DevelopmentCareer coaching: every employee designs a professional development plan with their manager, starting from a learning path and annual objectives that are reviewed each year.Working ModeHybrid.LocationReggio Emilia, Emilia‑Romagna, Italy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
